Get ready for Amazon to dominate another aspect of your life because the company has just announces its
fitness platform Halo will be able to gauge and assess your fitness based on a video it takes of you!
Called Movement Health, the new service will guide users through a movement assessment that includes balance, squats, reaches, and lunges, and will record you while you try your best. Amazon will then evaluate your performance and give you a score out of 100 based on your efforts.
The app will then give you tips and videos on how to improve your weaker areas of fitness and the exercises will at most only take ten minutes to complete.
